About

Our Story

Welcome to Fat-Burnwiki. I am Makeva and together with The Fat‑Burnwiki Team we created this space to help everyday cooks enjoy wholesome, protein‑rich meals without fuss.

The aim was to build a resource where protein‑forward dishes could be prepared with confidence, even by those with limited time. By sharing clear, measured steps we hope each cook feels capable of creating meals that support a healthy, active life.

Our Philosophy

We believe that nutritious cooking should be straightforward and reliable, so we avoid trends that have not been tested in our own kitchen. Simplicity and accessibility guide every decision, from ingredient choice to the equipment we recommend. Our focus stays on dishes that anyone can recreate with confidence.

What We Cook

We focus on quick, nutritious options that suit busy mornings, a refreshing drink or a light bite. Our current collection holds 18 recipes and 5 short articles, split across three simple categories: Breakfast, Drinks and Appetisers.

Each recipe is designed to be ready in a short time, using ingredients that are easy to find and techniques that require no specialised tools. You will find clear timing cues and optional variations to match personal taste.

  • Breakfast – examples include Vanilla Protein Oatmeal, Protein Oatmeal S’mores and Protein Oatmeal Maple and Brown Sugar Porridge.
  • Drinks – examples include Cottage Cheese Protein Smoothie, Kiwi Protein Smoothie and Pineapple Protein Smoothie.
  • Appetisers – examples include Beetroot Protein Dip, Protein Dip for Apples and French‑Onion Cottage‑Cheese Dip.

How We Develop and Test

Each recipe starts with a careful selection of fresh, high‑protein ingredients, which we weigh before any heat touches the pan. We then run the cooking steps on the very cookware we recommend – measuring heating time, simmer length and mixing technique. The measurements ensure nutritional consistency as well as texture and taste.

After a successful run we write clear, step‑by‑step instructions and repeat the process to confirm the result is consistent and flavourful every time. We also note any adjustments needed for different stovetops or altitude, so the guidance remains reliable. We taste each batch to confirm the flavours are balanced and the texture meets our standards.

Who It Is For

This site is aimed at everyday cooks who need quick, nutritious options for themselves, a family or a small gathering. Whether you are preparing a simple breakfast bowl, an energising drink or a light savoury spread, our recipes are designed to fit a busy lifestyle.

We deliberately avoid overly complex dishes that require rare ingredients or specialised equipment, and we stay away from untested trends. The focus remains on accessible, protein‑focused meals that can be made with common kitchen tools.
